motivation
For the past couple of weeks, I have felt fat, old, tired, and unmotivated. I always tell friends how I feel like this elite athlete, but then I look at pictures and realize that I just an almost 35 year old mom who thinks it is more fun to exercise than work. Lately, I am really having a hard time focusing on my triathlon goal. I really think that I need to get a plan in place. It will help with my focus issues. I also need start working on my diet, time management. Drastic times call for drastic measures, or however the saying goes......

Hi Beth, you can do this thing! It is extremely helpful and satisfying to have a specific plan to follow. You can then check off each workout as you go, and plan out your week. They have some free plans at http://www.beginnertriathlete.com ...that site is awesome, and not just for beginners! Good luck...carol
