I am going to look at a couple of books to see if they have what I am looking for...we'll see. I think a book maybe helpful b/c I am so much stronger at swimming than the cycling and running. I feel I may need to devote some more time to the other 2 disciplines.
I had a really nice 4 mile run today...I did not plan on exercising today, but I felt so gross this morning that I knew if I did not do something I would be miserable and my family would pay for it. It was one of those runs where I felt like I could have gone on forever, but I had to get home before the kids did so I stuck with the 4,
I will be teaching 5 classes this week, but I am going to really try to get in the pool and run this week.
