Day 1
I did my first training ride today. It felt great. I rode for 1 hour 20 minutes and did 7 20 sec. intervals in my high gear. I really liked doing this. Usually I just ride so it was nice to focus on something. I averaged 16.5- 17 mph. It was a new route for me so I am interested to see what other routes I can find, or is it better to stay on the same route? When I was done, I pedaled around with one foot at a time like the guy at the Spirited Cyclist told me to. He said that I pedaled in a square.... one foot at a time I was really able to feel it and was able to make the corrections. I will continue to work on that.
